The FLOATING VEST Is a tactical – flotation body armor vest against threat up to level 4. Tactical-flotation body armor vest designed for maritime security, waterborne police and government personnel. The FLOATING VEST provides the perfect balance of positive flotation and ballistic protection in any maritime environment.
The passive foam dissing ensures keeping the body on water surface. The Floating Bulletproof Vest is a 2 part flotation vest with both passive and active option buoyancy providing independent buoyancy characteristics. The passive buoyancy is provided via a closed cell foam, and active buoyancy is provided through an inflating bladder which can be water or manually operated. These combine to provide up to 300 N of positive buoyancy.
